Got questions?
Below is a list of frequently asked questions to help you understand how everything works.
1. When can we get started?
You can fill out a contact form and let me know if you have any questions. I will get back to you and we can set up a call. Alternatively, you can book a FREE 30-min discovery call to chat through your ideas and establish whether working together is the best option for your business. I will go through my packages and offer the best solution for you. After the call, I will send you a custom proposal with costs, timelines and other details and then. Once we have a plan in place, we start working together.
2. How much does a website cost?
The cost of a website can vary depending on your wants and needs – the number of pages, the types of functionality, the timeline. All of these things factor into the cost of website development and each website is custom-made to cater exactly for your business, therefore it is impossible to provide a set price for a website. We will discuss all of this on our call. If you have any questions about pricing, e-mail me.
3. How long does it take to build a website?
Every website is customised and the timing will vary depending on the functionality required. Our collaboration will also play a big part as I will need your input for the content of the website. If we meet all of our deadlines, the website will take a minimum of four to six weeks.
4. I already have a website. Can you maintain it?
I offer website maintenance – I maintain your website after launch or help you to maintain your existing site by making changes to the content and ensuring everything is up to date and I can also add functionality to your existing website – a shop for your physical or digital products, a membership area, a booking calendar, social media integration, a blog or anything else that would make your business thrive online.
5. Why do I need a social media manager?
Social media managers make your life easier. I am a social media expert and I have the knowledge to help you grow your brand online. This will save you endless hours engaging with potential clients, finding hashtags to use and coming up with ideas for content.
6. What is a virtual assistant?
A virtual assistant is a helping hand for your business, but online. You pick and choose the services you require instead of hiring a full-time employee. I can help with any administration task or I can get involved in your projects to help you scale your business. It’s completely up to you.
